Positioning for ‘Takshashila AIR’ was a no brainer - ‘26 Floors - Gujarat’s Tallest Residential’. The Point of Differentiation for this Tallest Residential was its location. The residential overlooked the world renowned ‘Sabarmati Riverfront’ and beyond. The USP became the visual representation to generate curiosity among the defined audience.
The Point of Differentiation for this Tallest Residential was its location. The residential overlooked the world renowned ‘Sabarmati Riverfront’ and beyond. The USP became the visual representation to generate curiosity among the defined audience.
The primary audience were young couples living in the older part of Ahmedabad city who were planning to shift to the modern city. The communication had to invite this audience to consider ‘AIR’ as the location was the starting point from where the modern city began. The secondary audience were the NRIs looking to buy & live during their visit to the city. The amenities on higher floors was the attracting point for this audience.
Overlooking the beautiful landscaping of Sabarmati Riverfront and the old city, ariel photography with a drone was captured and composed for the billboards, print ads bus shelters and for narrowed audience reach on social media.
The campaign tagline: Exceptional Luxury, Value for Money - lured the audience to visit the site for further inquiries.
