India Bulls ‘Awaas’ Property Show was planned at Gandhinagar, Gujarat for the first time. The target audience being semi-urban for residents of Gandhinagar and upper rural audience for areas / villages around the Gandhinagar periphery, the campaign had to have a very local flavour and language that these audience would connect with.
With simple lingual and visual language during the diwali festive period, local media was utilised along-with billboards and ads. Local media included: intercity bus terminals, on-road banners, posters at local stores, radio and road shows in the villages.
