Working couples too busy to take care of household chores were the primary audience.
We identified situations which became the cause of their stress due to work timings. This helped us identify the brand promise as ‘a service that provides you a work-life balance’. Comic strips with the identified situations between a working couple were published in newspapers on a regular basis which resonated well with the target audience.
